Your items will ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse and delivered via USPS Priority. A tracking number will be provided once your item(s) has shipped to the email address you have provided. *for any reason a customer requests a cancelation of the order after placed a 30% restocking fee will be charged to the customer and the remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method used.
Due to the unpredictable circumstances of COVID-19 and the constant changes in our country, shipping may take a little longer than normal. We ask that you please be patient and order at least 10 business days before a planned event.
In order to keep shipping cost down for our customers, shoes but mainly boots will have to be shipped without the shoebox. Your shoes will be placed in a secure bag and shipping box still and will arrive in the best condition.
