Shipping Policy

Your items will ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse and delivered via USPS Priority.  A tracking number will be provided once your item(s) has shipped to the email address you have provided.  *for any reason a customer requests a cancelation of the order after placed a 30% restocking fee will be charged to the customer and the remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method used.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE! BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER BE SURE TO CHECK THAT YOUR ADDRESS AND ZIP CODE IS CORRECT. INCLUDE ANY APARTMENT NUMBERS, ST. AVE. CT. or DR. AT THE END OF YOUR STREET NAME. FAILURE TO SUBMIT CORRECT ADDRESSES WILL DELAY SHIPPING FOR THE POSTAL SERVICE AND IN SOME CASES THE POST OFFICE WILL RETURN YOUR PACKAGE TO QOD AND AN ADDITIONAL RE-DELIVERY FEE WILL BE CHARGED. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Queen of Diamonds Boutique, LLC is not responsible for lost packages, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). We suggest going directly to the USPS closest to your home with the tracking information, the carrier will have to provide details of where exactly the package was delivered. Calling may not be as effective. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

- We will constantly provide you with updates about your order by e-mail. Your tracking number will be made available by our shipping department during our daily system updates. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours after your order leaves our location. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.
